Department Roster
The Girard Police Department is a full-time police department with an authorized force of 21 sworn officers, of whom perform various roles to include assignments within patrol, investigations and student resource officer positions. GPD also employs part-time officers and non-sworn staff that perform services including court security, prisoner transports, administrative assistance, patrol assistance and 911 dispatching.
