The Girard Police Department takes complaints seriously and follows Ohio Collaborative standards for accepting, processing and investigating complaints made against employees of the department. You may file a complaint in person at our station, via telephone, or through the form provided below.

This form is for complaints involving Police Department personnel only; complaints concerning court personnel or other city personnel to their appropriate departments will not be accepted.

    You may omit any identifying information from Part One of the form to remain anonymous.
